WP 22. Management

This area of work will be lead by Partner 1 (KI) with input from Partner 2 (Leiden), Partner 3 (Berlin) and Partner 4 (Vienna)

The AUTOCURE Consortium has a size and complexity that requires qualified, professional management. To this end we have structured the management activities into a WP that will handle the following issues during the first 18 months. We will set up a Project Office with Project Manager and administrator, establish an Ethics Board, set up a Knowledge Management system, and draw up a Gender Action Plan and Dissemination Action Plan. Moreover, a kick-off meeting and annual consortium meetings will be organised and a Project presentation prepared. Several other management activities will be initiated during this period.
