WP 21. Technology Training and knowledge transfer

This area of work will be lead by Partner 3 (Berlin) with input from all partners. An innovative scientific hotel is developed by Partner 18 (Evry-Paris).

A variety of modules specific for defined technological expertises by individual partners and larger workshops that are focused on state-of-the-art technologies in the fields of expression analysis/bioinformatics, functional cytometry and cell sorting will ensure efficient transfer of knowledge. Short-term fellowships will enable AUTOCURE members also to receive profound training for prolonged time periods. Major topics also in specific modules and larger workshops will be technology to assess pathogenic versus protective immune activities in autoimmunity by advanced cytometric, molecular and functional analysis.
